-Why We Do This-

First and foremost, our goal on a daily basis is to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. 

 Additionally, our mission is to provide families an opportunity to own a home they can afford. Working as teachers in various school districts in the area since 2004 has given us insight into difficulties many families experience when stuck in a cycle of renting instead of owning. Unfortunately, we see families often continuing to struggle, existing on a lower standard of living and failing to achieve their financial goals. 

We feel like pairing the right tenant buyer with the right home in our rent-t0-own program can disrupt the renting cycle and offer families an opportunity to increase their standard of living and get a leg up in life. Our rent-to-own program is structured to mimic home ownership in every way possible from the rent amount, to the down payment, and income requirements. It is our goal for tenant buyers to succeed and cross the finish line with a mortgage in their name, owning their own home and breaking into the start of financial freedom. 

It isn't a gift or charity, it takes hard work, dedication, and commitment to the process over a 2-3 year time period. Yet, when the right opportunity meets the right motivation, people can achieve success.
